inherent unmarketability

how do you make attractive that which is not?
how do you sell emptiness, vulnerability, and non-success?
how do you talk descent when everything is about ascent?

how do you present Jesus to a Promethean mind?

vertical & horizontal

“Liberals are into ‘fight’ – fix it and change it; Conservatives flight, denying the massive institutional evils. Liberals deny the vertical arm of the cross (transcendence); conservatives the horizontal (breadth and inclusivity).”
