Remember when you decided to style your hair with a big wave in front for much of the early 90’s?
This is the complete opposite of that decision.
And yes I am aware I wore a jacket with patches on the sleeve, so save the jokes.

look at the flurry of activity from such a shallow post…
jon: i picked up the $1449 mac book. i’m mostly a word processing guy, but i’ll use it for some film stuff too. plus, i can’t wait to have the 13inch monitor. i’ve been working on widescreens the last 4 years, and they’re of no real use to me, plus the size and weight suck. easy mobility is a need for me.
mega-church-phil: i really expected more from you.
chris: if you wore that same jacket today, it’d be in style.
ron: people who interact with me seem to only fit into two categories: Love Joe/Hate Joe. pick your side.

I find it rather fitting that as all these people are yammering to defend the PC’s superiority, the sound on my 4 month old IBM laptop suddenly stopped working.
All hail the superiority of PC’s.
Joe- does the same apply to my yellow Converse shorts?

So, you bought a Mac. May I take this time to congratulate you? Well done good Sir! You obviously felt like you needed a computer that works well and has a solid operating system. When it comes to computers… your taste is impeccable and your knowledge is infinite. Good choice!
