good people
this weekend at theStory, pernell, margie, their offspring and melissa joined us to tell the story of the FRWY. i posted quickly about it here.
later on that same day…
we kicked around the house with mielke’s ’til after 6pm while the kids crashed and banged ’til their hearts content.
then…
we received a phone call from jill who was part of (un’ed.i.ted) and is now leading Campus for Christ at the university of saskatoon. she stayed over ’til after after 9pm. it was really cool seeing her…worlds colliding if you will, ala george constanza…and so very cool to hear what she’s been up to.
so…
i’ve come to realize as of late the melange of people we have in our lives. people from all over. different people. interesting people. good people. and for that i am thankful.
