fight for your right
The post-menopausal lady in black approaches the side counter for the second time in less than ten minutes. Moments ago on the first trip her body language revealed she was timid and unsure of the question she was about to ask. The second attempt, however, suggested an air of confidence and entitlement to what she had ordered. Fair enough. Strangely though, she seemed overly put off as if she’d been robbed of her human and civil rights because of the delay. I wonder if her coffee was fair trade.
